- What's included in the free trial?
- New organisation accounts get 14 days of full Professional access — all features, no credit card required. After the trial you move to the Free plan automatically unless you upgrade.
- Can I change plans at any time?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- What happens to our data if we cancel?
- Your data is retained until the end of your billing period. We recommend exporting your records before cancelling. All data is deleted within 30 days of account closure.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes — annual billing is available at a discount. Contact us at hello@brivkor.com to arrange annual pricing.

- What's coming in Phase 3?
- Phase 3 brings REST API access and HR system connectors — letting you integrate MyCPD with BambooHR, Sage HR, and your existing tooling. Business and Enterprise subscribers get REST API access included as part of their plan when it launches. We'll notify all subscribers when it's live.
