Quick-Start Guide

MyCPD for Individuals lets you track your Continuing Professional Development records, upload evidence, and view your progress — all in one place. This guide takes you from sign-up to your first record in under 5 minutes.

Create your account

Step 1 — Create your account

  1. Go to app.brivkor.com/register.
  2. Enter your full name, email address, and a password (at least 8 characters, with uppercase, lowercase, and a number).
  3. Optionally add your job title and department.
  4. Click Create Account.
Check your email: A verification link will be sent to the address you provided. Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder). Click the link to activate your account. If you open the verification link on a different device (e.g. phone), your browser tab on your computer will automatically redirect to the sign-in page — no need to refresh manually.

Step 2 — Sign in and explore your dashboard

After verifying your email, sign in at app.brivkor.com/login. You'll land on your Dashboard, which gives you an at-a-glance summary of:

Your 14-day free trial starts when your email is verified — you get full Pro-tier access during the trial period. No credit card required.

Step 3 — Submit your first CPD record

  1. Click Submit CPD in the navigation (or the shortcut button on your dashboard).
  2. Fill in the details:
    • Title — a brief description of the activity (e.g. "Attended Data Protection webinar")
    • Type — select from Course, Conference, Workshop, Self-study, etc.
    • Date — when the activity took place
    • Duration — hours spent on the activity
    • Description — what you learned or how it's relevant to your role
  3. Optionally attach evidence (certificate, notes, screenshot — up to 5 MB on the Free plan, 10 MB on Pro).
  4. Click Submit. Your record is saved immediately.
Tip: Records on the Free plan are limited to 10 per year. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited records.

Step 4 — View and manage your CPD history

Navigate to CPD History (or CPD Register) from the main menu to see all your records. From here you can:

Step 5 — Notifications

Go to Notifications to see any in-app alerts — for example, when a manager reviews a record you submitted, or when your trial is approaching its end. You can manage notification preferences in Settings → Preferences.

Step 6 — Upgrade your plan

To unlock unlimited records, CSV export, bulk operations, and advanced views, upgrade to Pro at £15/user/month.

  1. Go to Pricing from the main menu.
  2. Click Upgrade to PRO.
  3. You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout. Pay with any major card or Apple/Google Pay.
  4. After payment, your plan updates immediately — no need to log out.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing.

Common questions

What happens when my trial ends?
Your account moves to the Free plan automatically — you keep all your records but are limited to 10 per year and lose Pro features. You can upgrade anytime to restore access.
My verification email went to junk. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder and mark the email as "not junk". The sender is noreply@brivkor.com. If you still haven't received it after a few minutes, use the "resend it" link on the verification screen.
Can I use MyCPD for Individuals alongside my organisation's account?
Yes — your individual account at app.brivkor.com is completely separate from any organisation account at saas.brivkor.com.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Billing and click Cancel Plan. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
