Common questions
- What happens when my trial ends?
- Your account moves to the Free plan automatically — you keep all your records and can continue submitting. CSV export and advanced analytics require a Pro plan. You can upgrade anytime.
- How does passwordless sign-in work?
- Enter your email on the login page and we'll send a magic link to your inbox. Click it and you're signed in instantly — no password to remember or reset. Links expire after a short period for security.
- Why am I signed in on two tabs after clicking the magic link?
-
This is expected behaviour and completely safe — it's how MyCPD's cross-device sign-in works.
When you request a sign-in link, your browser tab quietly waits in the background. When the magic link is clicked — whether in the same browser, on your phone, or on a colleague's screen — your waiting tab detects the confirmation and signs itself in automatically. No extra action required.
Practical example: open the login page on your laptop, receive the email on your phone, tap the link on your phone — and your laptop tab signs in on its own. You can sign in on any device and the tab that initiated the request mirrors it instantly.
If you clicked the link in the same browser you'll briefly see two signed-in tabs — that's normal. Simply close whichever one you don't need. - My verification email went to junk. What should I do?
- Check your spam/junk folder and mark the email as "not junk". The sender is noreply@brivkor.com. If you haven't received it after a few minutes, use the "resend it" link on the verification screen.
- Can I use MyCPD for Individuals alongside my organisation's account?
- Yes — your individual account at app.brivkor.com is completely separate from any organisation account at saas.brivkor.com.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Go to Settings → Billing and click Cancel Plan. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
