Quick-Start Guide

MyCPD for Organisations gives your whole team a shared CPD platform — with manager approval workflows, organisation-wide analytics, and flexible billing. This guide walks you from first registration to a fully active team in a few minutes.

User roles at a glance

Owner
The person who registers the organisation. Full access to billing, settings, and all features. Only the owner can upgrade or cancel the plan.
Admin
Can manage users, view all CPD records, and access organisation analytics. Cannot manage billing.
Manager
Can review and approve/reject CPD submissions for their assigned team. Access to manager analytics.
Member
Can submit CPD records, upload evidence, and view their own history and notifications.

Step 1 — Register your organisation

  1. Go to saas.brivkor.com/register.
  2. Enter your organisation name — a URL-friendly slug is generated automatically (you can edit it).
  3. Enter your name, email address, and a password. This becomes the owner account.
  4. Click Create Organisation.
Check your email: A verification link is sent immediately. Check your inbox and spam folder — sender is noreply@brivkor.com. Click the link to activate your organisation. If you open the link on a different device, your browser tab will automatically redirect to sign-in.

Step 2 — Explore your dashboard

After verifying your email, sign in at saas.brivkor.com/login. Your dashboard shows:

Your 14-day free trial begins when your email is verified, giving access to all Professional-tier features.

Step 3 — Invite your team

  1. Go to Organisation Settings → Members.
  2. Click Invite Member.
  3. Enter the team member's email address and select their role (Admin, Manager, or Member).
  4. Click Send Invitation. An email is sent with a sign-up link unique to your organisation.

Invited users click the link in their email, create a password, and are added to your organisation automatically. You can manage pending invitations from the Members page.

Free plan limit: Up to 3 users. Upgrade to Professional for up to 25 users, or Business for up to 100 users.

Step 4 — Members submit CPD records

Once signed in, each team member can submit CPD records from their dashboard or the Submit CPD button. They fill in:

Submitted records go into a Pending state and appear in the manager's review queue.

Step 5 — Managers review submissions

Managers see a Pending Reviews badge in the navigation when records are waiting. From Reviews:

  1. Open a pending submission to view full details and any attached evidence.
  2. Click Approve to mark the record as verified, or Reject with a reason.
  3. The member receives an in-app notification about the decision.

Managers can also use Bulk Actions to approve or reject multiple submissions at once (Professional plan).

Step 6 — Analytics and reporting

Access Analytics from the main menu for organisation-wide insights:

Export full reports as CSV from the Analytics page (Professional plan and above).

Step 7 — Upgrade your plan

Only the organisation owner can manage billing. To upgrade:

  1. Go to Pricing from the main menu.
  2. Select Professional (up to 25 users, £48/mo) or Business (up to 100 users, £149/mo).
  3. Choose monthly or annual billing (save 20% annually).
  4. Complete checkout via Stripe — payment is processed securely.
  5. Your organisation's plan updates immediately.

To cancel, go to Organisation Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan. You keep access until the billing period ends.

Common questions

What happens when the free trial ends?
Your organisation moves to the Free plan — you keep your data but are limited to 3 users and 25 records per year. Upgrade at any time to restore full access.
Can I change a team member's role?
Yes — go to Organisation Settings → Members, find the user, and change their role from the actions menu.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
Your data is retained until the end of your billing period. After account closure, all data is deleted within 30 days. We recommend exporting your records before cancelling.
We need more than 100 users. What are our options?
Contact us about an Enterprise plan — unlimited users, custom integrations, dedicated support, and SLA guarantees. Use the Enterprise option on the Pricing page to submit an enquiry.
Only the owner can upgrade — what if the owner leaves?
